MECHANICAL ENGINEERING MANAGER (FULL-TIME)

HQ-Tec is currently seeking for a technical and experienced Mechanical Engineering Manager to join our engineering team.

Responsibilities

As a Mechanical Engineering Manager, your main responsibilities are to manage our team of engineers and to proactively interact with our clients to ensure project requirements are delivered on schedule, within budget, and satisfy clients' expectations.

Requirements

University or college degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, P.Eng. and P.M.P. an asset
3+ years of management experience in the automotive/aerospace industry
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Technical knowledge of tooling, fixturing, materials, heat treatment, hydraulic, 2D & 3D design, process control, process specification, production plan, and quality assurance, SPC, PPAP, CMM digitizing
Experienced with usage of CAD/CAM Software including Autocad, Mastercam, Solidworks
ROI and budget management

Salary and Compensation
