Responsibilities:
- Proven experience with setup, programming, and troubleshooting of CNC machines (HAAS, Okuma, Mitsubishi)
- Technical knowledge of tooling, fixturing, material, heat treat, hydraulic, 2D & 3D design, process control, process specification, production plan, and quality assurance, SPC, PPAP, CMM digitizing
- Strong experience with usage of CAD/CAM Software including Autocad, Mastercam, Solidworks
Qualifications:
- College or University Degree in Mechanical Engineer or equivalent
- At least 5+ years experience in automotive manufacturing environment

Responsibilities:
- Load parts between 5-10lbs and operate CNC machines efficiently and safely
- Inspect parts for quality using gauges
- Clean equipment and work area during and after shift
- Maintain clean work area through good housekeeping practices
- Keep daily records of production number
Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- Able to understand and speak English
- Experience using CNC machines an asset
- Forklift license an asset
